Elephant Sculpture

After being cut from a flat piece of stainless steel this elephant sculpture is bent and manipulated by hand into a 3 dimensional sculpture. It is then heat treated and finished to impart a coppery/bronze tone.

The elephant is one of the most positive animal symbol known.

The idea of the luck of the elephant is ancient. There are tales of lucky elephants in China, India and most of Asia and Africa. Even the early Christians took the elephant as a symbol of victory over death.
