MetalGlyphics accepts Visa and MasterCard. We will not bill your credit card until we ship your order. Partial orders are billed as each item is shipped. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution).

MetalGlyphics reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by e-mail or fax.

Checks and Money Orders

To pay by check or money order please print out your completed Shopping Cart page and mail to MetalGlyphics PO Box 1496 Port Townsend WA 98368. We are only able to accept money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks drawn from U.S. banks. To determine the amount required for your payment use the subtotal amount from the Shopping Cart page and add 8.2% if you reside in Washington State. Paying by check or money order will slow down your order as items will not be shipped until checks or money orders are received and funds are cleared

SALES TAX

Sales tax of 8.2% will be added to all orders shipped to Washington State

We ship using UPS or USPS.

FAXING ORDERS

If you prefer to fax your order, print the completed Shopping Cart page and fax it to us at 1-360-379-0127. Your Shopping Cart page will only show a sub-total for your order including merchandise and shipping charges. If your order is shipped to a Washington State address please add 8.2% sales tax to your payment. Please include Credit Card information, expiration date and a daytime phone number. If transmission problems occur, please mark the second fax as "duplicate."

Our products are guaranteed for normal life, under standard use. If any product fails to meet your expectations for any reason, it may be returned for replacement, refund, or credit. Returns within 60 days of receipt are exchanged or the purchase price is refunded. Returns occurring after 60 days are exchanged for the same product, or a MetalGlyphics credit is issued for another purchase.
